Whether you’re on vacation, business travel, are snowed in, can’t afford a gym membership, or any other reason for requiring a home workout, this video will show you some simple strength-building exercises that don’t require expensive fitness equipment or a gym membership.

These are all exercises you can do from your living room in the comfort of your own home, in a hotel room, or anywhere else. One personal tip I’d like to share is that I always take an inflatable fitness ball and pump with me any time I travel. Once deflated, the ball and pump fit into a very small corner of your luggage, and will even fit onto a carry-on if you’re not checking baggage. This piece of equipment is extremely versatile. You can work your obliques, your abs, lower back, legs… Combined with some simple push-ups and pull-ups or rows – you’ve got a complete workout. So no more excuses to NOT workout when visiting the in-laws over the holidays!
