Eddie Robinson explain his leg workout.
Unlike most other, he choose to train calves first rather than quads. He first do a standing calf raise. stretch muscle all the way and slowly go back up to the top. He change the position of his feet so he can work different part of calf.
Then he do a seat calf raise. He like it a lot because he can isolate his muscle. He also alternate his feet position so he can work different part of calf. Stretch you leg every set so blood will circulate better
And then he work his quads with leg extension. That is his warm up for the other quads exercise. After that he do the heavy squat. He follow up with stiffed-legged dead lift. After that, he work the back quads with lying hamstring cable curl. He finished his work out with dumbbell hamstring curl
