Ronnie Coleman talks about his diet.

Interviewer: Ronnie, we talk early on about you go up from 225 Lbs to near 300 pound on stage. Body builder in the last five years has getting bigger and bigger. To a point that the judge think that they are getting too big because you can carry 300 pound of food without a hell lot of food. As the body go bigger, the stomach go bigger. This year everyone has a smaller waist. You have definitely change something and carry the smallest waist in the last five year. How did you do that and how much attention did you pay on what you eat?

Ronnie:
Actually I start from the end of last year Olympia. What I do the whole year is to eat the same time as I do pre contest. I eat the same at the off season, pretty much the same food. A big breakfast. second meal chicken. Third meal oatmeal, fourth meal steak. Fifth meal with oatmeal and sixth meal with turkey. I eat at the same time, a little less than I used to. Let say I had 14 ounces of chicken, now I have ten.

Interviewer:

So in the off-season you didn’t get as heavy?

Ronnie:

I am as heavy as I am but I have less fat. So I have smaller waist and bigger muscle
