Ronnie Coleman

A 2250 pound leg press

Let count how many plate is that. 2250 /45 that is like 52 plates there. The first bar doesn’t have enough space that he needs the put the plate on the second bar as well. 8 rep for one ton of weight…A true beast.

And don’t try this at home. Without years of bodybuilding, you knee will blow in one rep.

  1. That was Ronnie Coleman. I’ve seen some of his workouts at exhibitions. That’s no lie. I believe he’s done 2500 lbs leg presses as well. A true giant.

  2. I remember doing a few series of 10 reps each with 100 KG.

    1000 KG is .. uhm .. too much ? :)

Well, clearly that guy who walks over mid set on the right side of the screen is helping Mr. Coleman by using his arms to pull up some of the weight. But it’s still really impressive even with the assist.

The guy who walked in midset isn’t lifting anything at all, but making sure the plates don’t fall off. Watch the video again.
